Shipping Policy

We ship within the United States only and cover the cost of shipping on all orders.
1) Order Processing

Processing time: 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 12:00 pm PT are processed the next business day.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order departs.
2) Where We Ship

United States only (50 states + D.C.).

We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories at this time.

PO Boxes/APO/FPO/DPO may ship via USPS where service is available and within size/weight limits.
3) Carriers & Methods

Primary carrier: UPS Ground.

We may use FedEx or USPS when it’s faster or operationally required.

Service level is Standard Ground; we do not currently offer expedited options at checkout.
4) Delivery Estimates

Standard (Ground): typically 3–7 business days after shipment for the contiguous U.S.

AK/HI and remote areas may take longer.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; weather, peak periods, and carrier issues can cause delays.
5) Shipping Costs

$0 — We cover shipping on all orders.

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect/undeliverable address or unclaimed deliveries, we can reship (still at no charge) once the address is corrected, or issue a refund per our Refund Policy.
6) Tracking & Delivery

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after label creation.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please:

Check with household members/neighbors, and
-
Allow 24 hours for a carrier update, then contact us at royalmylkteam@gmail.com.

7) Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Damaged or wrong item: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, inner/outer packaging, and shipping label.

Marked delivered, not received: Notify us within 7 days of the “Delivered” scan; we may request an affidavit and/or a police report.

In-transit/lost: If there’s no movement for 10+ days, reach out—we’ll assist with a carrier claim and provide a resolution (replacement or refund, at our discretion).
8) Split Shipments & Stockouts
We may split shipments at no extra cost to get available items to you sooner. If an item is out of stock after purchase, we’ll email options (ETA, substitute, or refund).
9) Heat/Weather Considerations
We pack with care, but extreme temperatures and carrier delays can occur. Please retrieve packages promptly upon delivery.
10) Title & Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss transfer to you when we hand the order to the carrier. Please monitor tracking and ensure secure delivery.
